Pastry Sheets. Pastry sheets are readily available in American Stores as well as in Indian Stores.

Procedure:
Heat the kadai and pour little oil. When the oil is heated add the chopped onions and fry them.
When the onions turn light brown add the vegetables and green chili and fry them.
When the Vegetables are cooked add the potatoes,Ginger garlic paste and Red chili powder along with salt and mix them well. You can also add a pinch of turmeric powder.
Fry them till the raw smell goes off.
Remove the mix from heat.

Thaw the pastry sheets and keep it ready.Keep the mix in the Pastry sheet and fold them.Using water stick the corners.
Preheat the conventional oven at 300F.
Once the oven is heated bake them till they turn light brown. It may take 20 -30 min to bake depending on the pastry sheet.

Tada! Puffs are ready. This is a very good appetizer and tasty one too.
