margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 195px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_LjrSgQljwwc/SV1JV7ALudI/AAAAAAAAHeU/4Pm0f5-nh1w/s320/bisibela.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5286462178567371218" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Procedure:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cook the dhal and rice.&lt;br /&gt;Heat oil in the kadai and fry all the ingredients for masala.Add coconut last because it need not be deep fried.&lt;br /&gt;Take another big vast vessel and pour little oil and after the oil is heated add the seasoning.Add the onion and then add all the vegetables and fry it for some time.&lt;br /&gt;Then add the tamarind water along with little salt,turmeric powder and little asafoetida.&lt;br /&gt;Allow it to boil for some time.Mean while grind all the fried masala ingredients.&lt;br /&gt;Add it to the tamarind water and allow it to cook for some time.&lt;br /&gt;When it is almost cooked add the cooked dhal to it and  allow it to boil for sometime.&lt;br /&gt;Switch off the stove and mix the rice with the sambhar.Add 2 spoons ghee and 1 spoon ginger oil and mix it thoroughly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tada! Procedure&lt;br /&gt; Fry the dhals to golden brown.&lt;br /&gt; At the final stage of frying add green chilly along with them and fry for a little while.&lt;br /&gt; Grind all these with coconut as a paste.&lt;br /&gt; In the vessel,pour water and allow it to boil for sometime&lt;br /&gt; Add the vegetable either lady's finger or white pumpkin and cook.&lt;br /&gt; Add pinch of turmeric powder and required salt.&lt;br /&gt; Meanwhile add the paste with curd.&lt;br /&gt; After the vegetable is cooked add the curd (mixed with paste) and allow to boil for some time.&lt;br /&gt; After 10 min remove from fire.&lt;br /&gt; Fry the seasonings like curry leaves and mustard and mix it with the kozhambu.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt; Samosa Cover:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;  Ingredients :&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;   Maida-----------4 cups&lt;br /&gt;   Ghee------------2 spoons&lt;br /&gt;   Salt&lt;br /&gt;   Baking Powder&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Mix the ghee with a pinch of baking powder.&lt;br /&gt;  When bubbles are formed add maida and salt and mix it together and make a soft dough.&lt;br /&gt;  Imli Chutney;&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;   Imli-----------------2 spoons of imli paste.&lt;br /&gt;   salt-----------------1 1/2 teaspoon&lt;br /&gt;   sugar----------------3/4 teaspoon&lt;br /&gt;   black pepper powder---1/4 spoon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Mix the paste with water and make it watery.&lt;br /&gt;  Add the rest and mix it well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Coriander chutney&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    Coriander leaves-----1 bunch&lt;br /&gt;    Garlic cloves--------2&lt;br /&gt;    Ginger---------------1/2 "&lt;br /&gt;    Green Chilli---------2&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Grind all the ingredients and the chutney is ready.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Now we can arrange the chat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  First put chole&lt;br /&gt;  Pour the imli chutney&lt;br /&gt;  Put the samosa pieces&lt;br /&gt;  Put the coriander chutney&lt;br /&gt;  Put chole and continue this .&lt;br /&gt; Cauliflower – 1cup (Chopped)&lt;br /&gt;2.  Potato – 1 /2cup (Chopped)&lt;br /&gt;3.  French Beans – 1/ 4th cup&lt;br /&gt;4.  Peas – 1cup&lt;br /&gt;5.  Carrot – 1 /2 cup (Chopped)&lt;br /&gt;6.  Capsicum (Green pepper) – 1 cup (1/ 2 cup in thick chopped )&lt;br /&gt;7.  Tomato – 2cup chopped&lt;br /&gt;8.  Ginger – 2tsp (Paste)&lt;br /&gt;9.  Garlic – 2tsp (Paste)&lt;br /&gt;10. Onion – 1cup chopped&lt;br /&gt;11. Red chili Powder – 1tsp&lt;br /&gt;12. PAV BHAJI masala – 2tsp&lt;br /&gt;13. Turmeric Powder – 1 /4th tsp&lt;br /&gt;14. Lemon juice – 6-8tsp&lt;br /&gt;15. Salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;16. Chopped green coriander – 1 /4thcup for garnishing&lt;br /&gt;17. Butter – 2cubes for BHAJI.&lt;br /&gt;18. Oil – 2-3tsp&lt;br /&gt;19. PAV &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Procedure:&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; 1 Cook all the vegetables nicely.&lt;br /&gt; 2 Heat oil and butter together and add onion,ginger garlic paste and fry till onion turn into golden brown.&lt;br /&gt; 3 Add tomatoes ,chilli powder,turmeric powder,pavbhaji masala and fry it thorougly.&lt;br /&gt; 4 Add all the cooked vegetables now and mash it well.&lt;br /&gt; 5 The vegetables and the masala should mix properly and no vegetables should be seen.&lt;br /&gt; Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Winter Pumpkin---------------1 cup&lt;br /&gt; tamarind paste---------------1 spoon&lt;br /&gt; Tomato-----------------------1&lt;br /&gt; cooked chana Dhal or Toor Dhal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; To fry and grind&lt;br /&gt;  Coriander Seed--------------2 spoons&lt;br /&gt;  Chana Dhal------------------2 spoons&lt;br /&gt;  Urad dhal-------------------2 spoons&lt;br /&gt;  Asafoetida------------------1/4 spoon&lt;br /&gt;  Red Chilli------------------3&lt;br /&gt;  Pepper----------------------5&lt;br /&gt;  Cocunut---------------------3/4 cup&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Procedure:&lt;br /&gt; 1 Fry the above and grind it.&lt;br /&gt; 2 While grinding add the tomato and grind it.&lt;br /&gt; 3 Fry the winter melon (white Pumpkin) for a few seconds&lt;br /&gt; 4 Allow it to cook in tamarind paste.&lt;br /&gt; 5 When  it is mostly cooked add the masala (we grinded),salt,little turmeric powder.&lt;br /&gt; 6 Cook for some time till it is not so thick or watery.&lt;br /&gt; 7 Finally add the cooked dhal and mix it thoroughly.&lt;br /&gt; 8 We can also add some fried peanuts in it.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;  Coriander Powder&lt;br /&gt;  Peas&lt;br /&gt;  Capsicum&lt;br /&gt;  Garam Masala&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Procedure:&lt;br /&gt;1 Heat the Kadai,pour one tablespoon Cooking Oil, 2 tablespoon butter&lt;br /&gt;2 Once heated add 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds,1/4 tsp Fennel Seeds,as it splitters add  chopped onions&lt;br /&gt;3 When the aroma arises add ginger garlic paste and garam masala.Wait&lt;br /&gt;  till the raw smell goes.&lt;br /&gt;4 Then add chopped tomatoes,chilli powder,turmeric powder and coriander powder&lt;br /&gt;5 Once the gravy cooks add peas and capsicum and salt.&lt;br /&gt;6 Then add fried panner&lt;br /&gt;7 When the aroma arises add whipped cream(2 cups) for thick gravy and&lt;br /&gt;
