Stuffed IvyGuard

Everytime i make IvyGuard in the same way, just cutting and frying.I wanted to try something different with Ivy Guard and i found this recipe from Malika Badrinath Book.
With few alterations this came out so good.Try this and let me know your valuable comments.

Ingredients:
Ivy Guard---------------12
Tamarind paste----------1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder---------1/4 spoon

For Stuffing:

Coconut-----------------3 spoons
Chutney gram------------1 1/2 spoon
cumin-------------------3/4 spoon
Dhania------------------1 1/2 spoon
Red chilli--------------6 or 7
asafoetida--------------1/4 spoon

Procedure:
Wash and cut the corners of the Ivy Guard and cut into two pieces if the vegetable is so long.
Make a slit in the center on one side .
Cook this in tamarind water along with turmeric Powder and salt.
Meanwhile grind all the ingredients for stuffing.
When the vegetable is cooked, heat the pan and fry the cooked vegetable till it turns brown.
Remove from oil and let it cool down.
Fry the grounded paste so that it comes separated and remove from heat.
Now put this stuffing in the slit of the vegetable.

This is so tasty and i bet all will like this.We can have this with Rasam Rice or Dhal Rice.
